Spoon Carving Workshop+ Studio Tour!
Melanie is teaching a spoon carving workshop on her own studio in Oakland! Learn how to hand-carve your own spoon using traditional Japanese tools and techniques. You will also receive a studio tour of her industrial space in Oakland and get to see a lathing demo of Melanie working with cork. The class will be held in her wood shop near Jack London Square. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
